Martin Planning Group was founded in 2019 to meet a need and answer the common questions that arise when considering facility development. Where do we begin? What do we need? What can we afford? How do we protect our risks? Our team answers these questions and provides confidence to successfully tackle the procurement and implementation of any project.
Adam Martin is a certified church consultant specializing in facility planning, construction, and guest experiences. As a 3rd generation builder and having also served vocationally in the local church, he is passionate about creating spaces that foster relationships.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business from Louisiana State University and he is also a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned his Masters of Divinity degree.
Adam is currently the President of Martin Building Group, a full-service construction firm in Covington, LA. Prior to owning his own company, Adam previously served as a Vice President/Faith Division Manager for a highly respected design-build general contractor in the Gulf South region.
He has had the privilege to lead dozens of churches through the successful planning, construction, and implementation of projects both large and small.
Today, through his leadership, Adam deeply enjoys teaching and equipping churches. He is a featured speaker at various conferences each year and also a contributing author to various church facility publications.
Adam serves as a deacon and teacher in his local church, FBC Covington, LA. He and his wife Katie have three beautiful children.
